1. Introduction

Endpoint Clients ("Endpoint Clients," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information and LinkedIn account data entrusted to us.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, access, use, process, store, share, and delete information when individuals or businesses use our LinkedIn automation software, websites, connected applications, integrations, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

Our Services enable businesses, marketing teams, and authorized users to connect eligible LinkedIn profiles and Company Pages through official LinkedIn authorization processes, including OAuth, and automate approved activities such as content scheduling, publishing, and related workflow management.

All LinkedIn integrations operate subject to the permissions granted by users, the API capabilities approved for our application, and applicable LinkedIn developer policies.

This policy applies to our customers, authorized team members, and individuals who connect LinkedIn accounts to our Services.

By using our Services, you acknowledge the data practices described in this Privacy Policy. Where consent is required by applicable law or LinkedIn's requirements, we will request it separately.

2. Information We Collect

We collect and process information necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and improve our Services.

2.1 Account and Business Information

When you register, subscribe, contact us, or use our platform, we may collect:

  • Full name and business or organization name.

  • Email address and contact information.

  • Account identification and login information.

  • Workspace details, preferences, and authorized team memberships.

  • Subscription information and transaction records, if paid subscriptions are offered.

  • Communications submitted to our support team.

2.2 Connected LinkedIn Account Information

When you connect a LinkedIn account through our authorized integration, we may receive information made available through LinkedIn's approved APIs and the permissions you grant.

Depending on the integration and approved access, this information may include:

  • LinkedIn member identifiers.

  • Profile name and basic profile information.

  • Profile image and other permitted profile details.

  • Email address, where separately authorized and available.

  • LinkedIn Company Page names and organization identifiers.

  • Information necessary to verify authorized administration of LinkedIn Company Pages.

  • Account connection status and granted permissions.

  • OAuth access tokens, token expiration information, and other authentication data supplied by LinkedIn.

  • Content publishing information and associated post identifiers.

  • Content performance information, where supported and separately authorized.

We access only information required to provide the requested functionality and permitted by LinkedIn's applicable API terms.

The specific information available depends on the LinkedIn API products approved for our application, the account type, and the permissions granted.

2.3 LinkedIn OAuth Authentication and Authorization Data

We use LinkedIn's official OAuth authorization mechanism to connect LinkedIn accounts securely.

When you authorize our application, LinkedIn may issue an authorization code or access token that permits Endpoint Clients to perform approved activities on your behalf.

We may securely process and retain these tokens only as permitted by LinkedIn's requirements and while necessary to provide authorized services.

We do not require users to disclose their LinkedIn account passwords directly to Endpoint Clients.

Any continued authorization following token expiration will be handled according to LinkedIn's applicable authentication and consent requirements.

2.4 Content and Automation Information

To perform authorized LinkedIn publishing and workflow automation, we may process:

  • Text posts, images, videos, captions, hashtags, and other content submitted for publishing.

  • Selected LinkedIn profiles or Company Pages.

  • Content calendars and scheduled publishing dates.

  • Workflow configurations, automation settings, and publishing instructions.

  • Publishing status, timestamps, errors, and delivery records.

  • LinkedIn-generated post identifiers and links.

  • Content performance information or insights where supported and authorized.

This information is used to execute workflows configured or approved by our customers.

We distinguish between content independently uploaded by customers and content obtained through LinkedIn APIs. LinkedIn API data is processed and retained only within the limits permitted by LinkedIn's applicable terms.

2.5 Technical and Usage Information

When you access our website or application, we may collect:

  • IP address and approximate location inferred from that address.

  • Device and browser information.

  • Operating system information.

  • Application usage records and diagnostic information.

  • Login events and security logs.

  • Cookies or similar technologies used for authentication, security, and functionality.

Where non-essential analytics or tracking technologies are used, we will provide relevant notices and obtain consent where required by law.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use information collected through our Services for the following purposes:

Account Management: To register users, authenticate access, manage workspaces, and provide customer support.

LinkedIn Integration: To connect authorized LinkedIn profiles and Company Pages using official LinkedIn APIs and OAuth authorization.

Automated Content Publishing: To publish or schedule customer-provided or customer-approved content on connected LinkedIn profiles or Company Pages according to authorized instructions and approved API capabilities.

Workflow Execution: To execute approved automation rules, manage scheduled tasks, and provide publishing status updates.

Service Operations: To maintain, troubleshoot, secure, and improve our platform.

Customer Communications: To provide service notifications, account updates, support responses, and important operational information.

Legal and Security Compliance: To prevent unauthorized use, investigate security incidents, comply with applicable laws, and meet LinkedIn's relevant platform requirements.

We do not sell LinkedIn member data, use LinkedIn API data for unrelated advertising, build unauthorized marketing or prospecting databases from LinkedIn member data, or perform unauthorized activities through connected LinkedIn accounts.

We do not collect LinkedIn data through unauthorized scraping or attempt to circumvent LinkedIn's access controls or API restrictions.

4. LinkedIn Permissions and Access Tokens

Our Services rely on permissions granted by users through LinkedIn's official authorization processes.

When you connect a LinkedIn account:

  1. You are redirected to LinkedIn's official OAuth authorization process.

  2. LinkedIn displays the permissions requested by our application.

  3. You decide whether to authorize the requested access.

  4. LinkedIn may return an authorization code or access token.

  5. Our system uses the resulting authorization to perform approved activities on your behalf.

Depending on the integration and the permissions granted, these activities may include accessing basic account identification information, identifying authorized Company Pages, uploading media, and publishing content.

Only permissions granted to our application and approved by LinkedIn will be used.

We do not claim ownership of your LinkedIn profile, Company Pages, or published content.

Access tokens are used to provide authorized functionality and are not sold or disclosed to unrelated third parties.

We do not access private LinkedIn messages, collect connections or contact lists, manage advertising campaigns, or perform unrelated account actions unless such capabilities are separately available, properly approved, clearly disclosed, and specifically authorized.

Users can revoke connected application permissions through applicable LinkedIn account settings.

5. Automated LinkedIn Publishing and User Control

Our Services may perform LinkedIn publishing activities automatically after a customer configures and authorizes a workflow.

This means that an approved post may be published at its scheduled time without requiring the customer to manually log in again, provided the necessary authorization remains valid and the action is permitted by LinkedIn.

Customers remain responsible for:

  • The content they submit or approve.

  • Their selected LinkedIn profiles or Company Pages.

  • Scheduled publishing dates and times.

  • Compliance with applicable laws and LinkedIn content policies.

  • Ensuring they have the required rights to publish submitted content.

Customers may request cancellation of pending automations or disconnection of LinkedIn accounts.

Once authorization is revoked or a connection is removed, our Services will stop using that connection for new publishing activities.

Content already published to LinkedIn may remain available on LinkedIn until separately removed through applicable LinkedIn functionality.

6. Legal Bases for Processing

Where applicable data protection laws require a legal basis, we process personal information under one or more of the following grounds:

  • Contractual necessity: To provide the Services requested by our customers.

  • Consent: Where consent is required, including LinkedIn account authorization and certain optional processing activities.

  • Legitimate interests: To operate, secure, maintain, and improve our Services, where these interests are not overridden by applicable individual rights.

  • Legal obligations: To comply with applicable laws, regulations, and legally binding requests.

LinkedIn member data will be accessed, used, and stored only where permitted by LinkedIn's applicable API terms and relevant legal requirements.

Where required, Endpoint Clients will obtain appropriate user consent before collecting or storing LinkedIn profile data.

For customer-controlled content and related personal information, Endpoint Clients may act as a service provider or data processor acting on customer instructions, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

7. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information, LinkedIn member data, or social media access tokens.

We may share limited information with the following categories of recipients where necessary and legally permitted:

LinkedIn: To authenticate integrations, validate permissions, upload media, and publish authorized content through approved LinkedIn APIs.

Technology Service Providers: Including hosting, database, infrastructure, workflow processing, security, monitoring, and technical support providers that assist us in operating the Services, subject to applicable LinkedIn restrictions.

Payment Processors: Where subscriptions or paid services are available, to process payments and maintain related records.

Legal Authorities: Where disclosure is required by applicable law or valid legal process.

Corporate Successors: In connection with a lawful merger, acquisition, restructuring, or transfer of business assets, subject to applicable data protection obligations and LinkedIn's restrictions on platform data.

Service providers handling personal information must be subject to appropriate confidentiality, security, and contractual restrictions.

LinkedIn API data and authorization credentials will not be transferred, sold, exported, or otherwise disclosed except as expressly permitted by LinkedIn's applicable terms and necessary for authorized operations.

8. Data Storage and Security

We use appropriate technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information and LinkedIn authorization credentials against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and loss.

These safeguards include measures intended to:

  • Protect authentication credentials and access tokens.

  • Restrict access to sensitive information.

  • Secure communications and data transmission.

  • Limit access to authorized personnel and systems.

  • Monitor application security and investigate suspicious activity.

  • Support the identification and deletion of retained LinkedIn API data where required.

Access to LinkedIn authorization information is limited to systems and personnel that require it for legitimate operational purposes.

No internet-connected service can guarantee absolute security. We continuously assess security risks and take appropriate steps to address identified vulnerabilities.

If a security incident requires notification under applicable law or LinkedIn's requirements, we will provide the necessary notifications.

9. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, subject to applicable legal, contractual, and platform-specific requirements.

In particular:

  • Account information may be retained while an Endpoint Clients customer account remains active.

  • LinkedIn access tokens may be retained while the relevant connection remains authorized and their storage is permitted.

  • Customer-uploaded scheduled content and automation configurations may be retained while needed to provide requested functionality.

  • Publishing records and diagnostic logs may be retained for legitimate operational, security, or legal purposes, subject to restrictions applicable to LinkedIn API data.

  • Information that is no longer necessary will be deleted or anonymized where permitted and in accordance with applicable requirements.

LinkedIn API data is subject to additional retention restrictions.

We do not retain LinkedIn API content beyond the circumstances or periods permitted by LinkedIn's applicable terms.

Where LinkedIn permits storage, we will maintain appropriate controls to identify, segregate, and selectively delete the relevant information.

When a user requests deletion or closes their Endpoint Clients account, LinkedIn API content and associated authorization tokens collected on that user's behalf will be deleted immediately, as required by LinkedIn's API terms, unless deletion would violate applicable law or a binding governmental obligation.

We will also delete LinkedIn API data when required by LinkedIn, including in connection with the termination or suspension of applicable API access.

10. User Data Deletion Instructions

Endpoint Clients provides a method for individuals to request deletion of personal information and LinkedIn data associated with our Services.

To request deletion of your data:

Step 1: Send an email to info@endpointclients.com.

Step 2: Use the email subject line: "Data Deletion Request – Endpoint Clients".

Step 3: Include the email address associated with your Endpoint Clients account and identify your connected LinkedIn account or Company Page, where known.

Step 4: Indicate whether you wish to delete data associated with a particular LinkedIn connection or request deletion of your entire Endpoint Clients account.

Step 5: Our team will review the request, perform reasonable identity or authorization verification where necessary, and process the deletion in accordance with applicable laws and LinkedIn's requirements.

Eligible deletion requests may result in the removal of:

  • Stored LinkedIn OAuth access tokens and other associated authorization credentials.

  • LinkedIn member identifiers and connection information.

  • LinkedIn Company Page identifiers associated with the connection.

  • LinkedIn API content and profile data that must be deleted.

  • Pending automation configurations associated with the deleted connection.

  • Customer account information and stored content covered by the request.

LinkedIn API data subject to immediate deletion requirements will not be retained solely for routine operational convenience.

Certain information independently supplied by customers, rather than obtained through LinkedIn APIs, may be retained where legally required or permitted.

Important: Removing information from Endpoint Clients does not automatically remove content already published directly on LinkedIn. Users may need to manage or remove previously published content through their LinkedIn profiles or Company Pages.

Revoking LinkedIn Access

Users may revoke Endpoint Clients' access by opening the applicable LinkedIn account settings and managing permitted third-party services or connected applications.

Revoking access prevents further authorized API activity once the revocation takes effect.

A separate deletion request may be necessary to remove information independently provided to Endpoint Clients or other information not automatically deleted through the revocation process.

Data deletion requests can be submitted through the email process above without logging into the Endpoint Clients platform.

11. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to:

  • Request access to personal information we hold about you.

  • Request correction of inaccurate information.

  • Request deletion of eligible personal information.

  • Object to or restrict certain processing activities.

  • Request a portable copy of eligible information.

  • Withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.

  • Revoke authorized LinkedIn account access.

  • Submit a complaint to an applicable data protection authority.

Requests may be directed to info@endpointclients.com.

We may need to verify your identity or authority before processing certain requests.

We will not unlawfully discriminate against users for exercising applicable privacy rights.

12. International Data Transfers

Endpoint Clients serves customers internationally and may use service providers or technical infrastructure located in countries other than the country in which a user resides.

Where personal information is transferred internationally, we will use appropriate safeguards and lawful transfer mechanisms where required by applicable data protection laws.

Any international transfer of LinkedIn API data will also be subject to LinkedIn's applicable data protection and API requirements.

13. Third-Party Platforms and LinkedIn

Our Services integrate with LinkedIn, which operates independently from Endpoint Clients.

LinkedIn maintains its own privacy policy, user agreements, developer terms, and technical requirements.

Our use of LinkedIn's APIs is subject to applicable LinkedIn agreements and approved API functionality.

Endpoint Clients is not responsible for LinkedIn's independent privacy practices, platform availability, or changes to third-party API capabilities.

Users should review LinkedIn's policies before authorizing our integration.

Relevant LinkedIn Policies:

14. Children's Privacy

Our Services are designed for businesses and authorized professional users aged 18 or older.

We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children for the purpose of providing customer accounts.

If we become aware that personal information has been collected in violation of applicable children's privacy laws, we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

15. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our Services, legal requirements, security practices, or LinkedIn integration requirements.

The latest version will be made publicly available with an updated effective date.

Where required by applicable law or LinkedIn's requirements, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before material changes take effect.
