Our Process
“Design & Development is a matter of concentration and you go deep”
1. MEETING
Initial meeting for pre-definition of deliverables that will be completed by a project team to develop or maintain an application.
2. PLANNING
During the planning phase we analyze project goals and high level system requirements are broken down to actual tasks.
3. EXECUTE
Tasks are executed using agile scrum sprints and work progress is visible to clients and team through JIRA or TFS kanban boards.
4. TESTING
Code is tested at various levels at this step. Unit, system and user acceptance testing’s are performed by our in-house experts.
5. DELIVERY
A stable system is delivered to production environment, end user training and free one month support is provided.
